  4. Liveries for in-game models belong to the creator of the livery. Livery creators are identified to the best of the site owner(s)' abilities.
  5. All liveries are uploaded from Canada and adhere to Canada's Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985 , c. C-42).
  6. Downloads provided in this site are for non-profit, personal use ONLY. All downloads provided in this site have received prior written consent from livery creators for distribution in this site.
  7. By using any of the downloaded liveries, you agree that services provided by this site is as-is and use at your own risk. Explanation on User Groups of new ATC3 CMS/Forum
When applied for membership and your account has not yet been activated you are member of the default group "New Users".
You will have no permissions whatsoever. After your registration has been completed and submitted to the CMS you will receive an email..
An Admin will also receive an email of an activation request and will need to activate the created account.
 
Accounts which have been activated and not being used wihtin 2 months after registration will be deleted
 
The CMS and the forum are using the same Access Lists. Specific information on how to add content (named articles) in the CMS will be explained in seperate articles.
